An Autogreet is an useful and annoying feature of most clients like Tinytalk or TinyFugue. It allows for you to automatically greet people as they come into a room. However, watching someone's autogreet more than twice tends to cause violent Bonking and Foofing.(see Bonk and Foof) Use them carefully.
